Not exactly the hospital update I hoped for… 🩹 From half cast to quarter cast — so yes, a little improvement, but still pretty restricted. No training, no jiu-jitsu, no full movement… which for me feels like 😩 But maybe this is the universe’s way of saying: slow down, Andi. Rest. Heal. Breathe. I’m not great at slowing down (or resting 🙈), but I’m going to lead by example — do what I need to do to let the body recover. So this week’s mantra: rest is still moving forward. 🌿 I’ll know more nex
