Pigeons living outside in aviaries need enrichment also! One of the easiest ways to provide this is offering fun nesting material for birds to pick around and take to their nests. We normally use disinfected and heat treated pine needles from our Christmas tree but have run out!! However given the springtime weather I have been able to grow a patch of grass quite impressively to hand out to the flock.
