This is the Australian King Parrot one of the most striking birds in the Aussie bush. Males wear that bright red head and chest with deep green wings, while females swap the red for green. They live along Australia’s east coast, mostly in forests and bushland, feeding on seeds, fruit, blossoms, and eucalyptus.
