Interrupting my regularly scheduled nutrition programming to show that I do try to practice what I preach… which is engaging in joyful movement!! Doing movement you truly enjoy is so important to be able to stick to a sustainable exercise regimen! For me that would be dancing as an ex competitive dancer who misses it dearlyyyyy but then I remember why I had to stop in the first place… my broken hips 😅💔
