KISS frontman Gene Simmons met 100-year-old WWII veteran Harold “Hal” Urban, who helped liberate the Nazi concentration camp where Simmons’ mother, Flora Klein, had been imprisoned as a teenager. The emotional meeting took place during the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C., where the two shared a float. Urban recounted the horrors he witnessed at Mauthausen, while Simmons expressed deep gratitude, saying, “If there weren’t brave people like you, I wouldn’t be here.” 🎥 @genesimmon
