The Cossack Squat is one of my favorite moves to help improve anyone’s ability to move better and open up their hips! Very worth improving how you can do this move and making your way to the ground eventually. When you can do that, your hips will feel nice and strong and loose and it becomes an incredible stretching move rather than a strength one!
