Scotland plans to start reopening pubs from 26 April, when it will switch to a “modified” version of level three restrictions. Pubs, restaurants and cafes will be allowed to reopen outdoors. Alcohol sales will be allowed, with no requirement to serve food alongside it. All venues must close by 10pm. People will be allowed to gather outdoors in groups of six, from up to three different households. Hopefully the weather will make up its mind by then last few days we’ve had wind, Rain’ Hailstones,
