I am clearly signed in as the screen says "Hi, John" But the only two options presented are Try DirecTV Stream (where I'm prompted to pick a package) and Sign. Out.

Jan 3, 2025 · I am now going on month 3 and still no resolution from Directv. and before anyone questions, yes I cleared my cookies and caught attempts to access my account through 3 different web browsers and attempted login via the app on my smartphone, and the same issue occurred.

I’m pretty sure DIRECTV can’t charge twice for hbo max since it’s only one set of channels but will keep an eye to make sure I’m not.
