MGM Interactive is the software division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, formed in 1994. Its first video game was Wirehead for Sega CD and their last release was the Rocky game Rocky Balboa. The name would be phased out after 2005 and future games based on MGM licenses would use the standard MGM logos.

MGM Interactive was founded in 1995, and was Electronic Arts' affitiate since 1997. The brand was closed in 2005, and many games after used the movie logo. On Wirehead for the Sega CD, the sound and logo are in choppy quality.

Early games, like DreamWorks Interactive and MGM Interactive's games use the URL below the logo. Sometimes, a print version of the logo appears on a white or black background. Anno 1503 contains the print version of this logo just zooming in.
