Business records also show that Kenneth Chee is the owner of the business at the San Francisco property. Chee, the 48-year-old CEO of the company, was denied a license from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to possess fireworks and had a history of firearm convictions, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
