Billion-dollar lottery winners! Mega Millions, Powerball’s biggest prizes ever are tied to NBC’s “Today” show, a Florida Publix and a Michigan Kroger.

While Ohio law doesn't let you claim lottery prizes anonymously, there is an alternative method to remain private with your winnings.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Mega Millions jackpot has increased to an estimated $400 million after no tickets matched the winning numbers from the Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, drawing. Friday’s numbers are 17-18-21-42-64 Mega Ball 7.

More than 9.9 million Powerball tickets sold in the United States won prizes ranging from $4 to $2 million, the lottery said.
