Update: Hughes Fire in Los Angeles County 100% contained, 10,425 acres burned
Hughes Fire initially started 10:53 a.m. Jan. 22 in Los Angeles County. It has burned 10,425 acres after being active for eight days. The fire crew managed to contain the fire entirely as of Thursday afternoon. The cause is, however, still being investigated.
