The Boston Public Schools student killed in a pedestrian crash in the Hyde Park area of Boston on Monday has been identified as a 5-year-old boy, Boston police said Tuesday. At around 2:44 p.m., officers learned of a pedestrian struck by a school bus at 107 Washington St. in Hyde Park, Boston police said in a previous statement.

The little boy who was hit and killed by a school bus in Boston was identified by his family Tuesday as 5-year-old Lens Arthur.He was hit by the bus on Washington Street in Hyde Park Monday afternoon on his way home from kindergarten at the UP Academy Charter School.
