Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith has missed out on another offensive coordinator gig that he interviewed for, as former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel is set to take the gig under Jim Harbaugh.

Two-time Super Bowl champion Ben Roethlisberger urged the Pittsburgh Steeler to bring in an offensive coach, floating Mike McCarthy's name as an option.
