An African gray parrot stolen from a Saddle Brook shop has been returned safely, police said on Monday. Onyx Calderon, 24, of Paterson has been charged with theft after allegedly taking the parrot valued at $7,000 from Birds by Joe on Jan. 23, according to Saddle Brook police.
