The men were among seven Chilean men who were federally charged in connection to the string of burglaries at homes of prominent professional athletes around the country, including Burrow and the Kansas City Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce.

The FBI complaint doesn’t name the athletes, but lists burglaries already made public involving the Kansas City Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals, as well as players for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks and Memphis Grizzlies.

The three Chilean men accused of stealing valuables from Joe Burrow's home are part of a South American theft gang responsible for also stealing more than $2 million in items from the homes of Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and other professional athletes, according to federal prosecutors.
