New York-based studio BarlisWedlick has renovated and expanded a Southampton house to open multigenerational living spaces up to the seaside.

The property was once owned by the late William Kimi Jr. — a well-known businessman on Hawaii Island — and was long known as Uncle Billy’s Kona Bay Hotel.

The seaplane base said the ice thickness ranges from 12.25 inches to 13 inches, meeting the minimum requirement of 12 inches for safe use.
