Washington DC plane crash latest: 'Black box' recorder recovered from jet which collided with helicopter killing 67
The National Transportation Safety Board says it has recovered two so-called “black boxes” from the American Airlines regional jet, following the deadly collision with an Army Black Hawk helicopter on Wednesday evening.

"At this point, we don't believe there are any survivors from this accident. We have recovered 27 people from the plane and one from the helicopter," John Donnelly, the District of Columbia fire and emergency medical services chief, said at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
