A Russian naval task group has conducted exercises and port calls during its deployment in the Pacific and Indian Oceans.

Pyongyang's state media said that most of the U.S.-exported arms flow into the hands of "war maniacs" in Europe and the Middle East.

The Japanese Embassy in Cambodia said the port call contributes to the realization of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
