Wondering what the best trends are for March Madness? FOX Sports Research did a deep dive on first-round betting trends to help you make some profitable wagers this week.

Madness bracket is off and running with the 68-team field that comprised 2025 NCAA Tournament already down to 64 teams as North Carolina, Alabama State, Mount Saint Mary's and Xavier have advanced out of the First Four and into the first round.

According to Bet MGM, the four championship favorites are, naturally, the four No. 1 seeds: Duke (+325), Florida (+325), Auburn (+400) and Houston (+600). The fifth choice on the board is No. 2 seed Alabama, sliding down significantly to +1600. Tennessee checks in at +1800, and every other option is +2500 or higher.
