Counsel representing a coalition of parents fighting to opt their children out of LGBTQ-related curriculum says the case is "not a book ban case but a religious freedom one.

The Supreme Court weighed whether parents can opt kids out of LGBT-themed books, bringing justices to debate religious rights, school policy, and limits of exposure.

A shocked Justice Gorsuch said that in one of the books before the Supreme Court, students ''look for the leather and bondage and things like that.”
