Two new companies- JSW Cement and All Time Plastics are to make their Dalal Street debut on Thursday, August 14 and both companies may deliver mild listing gains.

The issue will comprise entirely offer-for-sale (OFS) of 4.22 crore equity shares by promoters with no fresh issue component.
