Drop off unused, expired medications during Drug Take Back Day
The Drug Enforcement Administration's 27th annual National Prescription Drug Take Back Day takes place on Saturday, Oct. 26. Take Back Day is an event aiming to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs while educating the public about the potential for abuse of medications.

The Drug Enforcement Administration holds two Drug Takeback Days every year with thousands of collection sites all over the country, including police departments, sheriff's offices and pharmacies. DEA Agents and their partners are collecting any forms of prescription drugs. Illegal drugs, needles and syringes will not be accepted.
National Drug Take-Back Day: Where you can dispose of prescription pills on Oct. 26
Ohioans who have unused or expired prescription pills that they need to dispose of are encouraged to drop them off at a collection site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
