South Florida, seemingly, is stuck on chill. A week after Miami and Fort Lauderdale were hit with the coldest temperatures in about two years, another cold front has cleared the area, allowing north winds to bring a dose of cool weather.

A cold front moving through South Florida during the day Saturday will bring a quick moving line of showers through the area. Behind the front, cooler and drier air will fill back into the area by the afternoon and evening hours.

A strong cold front this weekend will bring temperatures in the 20s to. The question mark is the possibility of storms.

Passing showers are expected early Thursday morning as a cold front moves through the area. Following this front, residents can look forward to a warmer weekend, with pleasant temperatures throughout Central Florida.
