Zac Efron and Will Ferrell have been cast in a new, still untitled comedy movie for Amazon MGM Studios. The new Amazon MGM Studios movie is written and directed by Nicholas Stoller, who recently made You're Cordially Invited with Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon.

Zac Efron will star alongside Will Ferrell in upcoming comedy about a young convict taking a courtroom hostage.

After catching strays during The Traitors’ roundtable, Zac Efron is ready to prove that he’s a good actor once and for all. The High School Musical icon is once again partnering with Prime Video for an untitled comedy project where he’ll star opposite Saturday Night Live legend Will Ferrell.
