Attorney for officers in police shooting says they ‘were in fear’ after seeing man’s gun

The Fremont police dog bit Taylor as he was trying to make the arrest, police said. They added that the bite caused Taylor to fire his gun. The dog belongs to another Fremont police officer. Police have not released any video footage that may have been captured on body-worn or dashboard cameras.
