Samsung just released One UI 7 beta 3, and it seems the Now Bar is getting a temporary feature downgrade. The latest beta removes several options for Live Notifications. Samsung says the change is “intentional refinement.”

Samsung announced two betas of the One UI 7 last year, and the third new one with fixes is now available for beta testers.

If your Galaxy S24 is running the One UI 7 beta, you can grab the latest build from Settings > Software Update > Download and install. A late December 2025 leak suggests that Samsung will release 2-3 additional One UI 7 beta builds for the Galaxy S24 following the third beta. It will then roll out the stable version to the public.

A leaker claims the Galaxy S24's third OneUI 7 beta could be released between 30th~6th. No One UI 7 beta for S23 or other Galaxy devices. The stable One UI 7 release schedule will be announced at the Galaxy S25 Unpacked event.

In its own newsroom, Samsung has stated that the beta will first roll out for the Galaxy S24 in select markets, including the US and UK, which would indicate release on other models later down the line. However, a new social media post says that this might not be the case.
