The main Palestinian rescue service in Gaza has condemned Israel’s probe into the killings of 15 medical workers last month, calling it a “fabricated investigation.”

The Israeli military has admitted to “professional failures” and said it would sack an officer, after an incident in which its forces killed 15 unarmed emergency workers in southern Gaza last month.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has described an Israeli military report into a deadly attack on its paramedics as "full of lies". The Israeli military said in its report that "professional failures" led to the killing of the 15 workers in Gaza. It dismissed the deputy commander of the unit involved.
