Hobart Hurricanes entered the final of the Big Bash League after holding their nerves to beat Sydney Sixers by 12 runs in the Qualifier at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart on Tuesday,1.

Hobart Hurricanes secured a place in the final of the 2025 Big Bash League by beating Sydney Sixers by 12 runs in the qualifier in Hobart. After setting the Sixers 174 to win, the Hurricanes took wickets in each of the first three overs to reduce the visitors to 5-3.
