Chemours Co. and Corteva Inc. — have reached a settlement that will resolve all pending environmental and other claims by the state of New Jersey in a variety of litigation matters, including PFAS contamination.

The state is expected to recover more than $3 billion from its lawsuits against other chemical manufacturers such as 3M and Solvay.
