Hayden Haynes, chief of staff to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), was arrested following President Donald Trump’s address to Congress on Tuesday night, officials confirmed. Hayes was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after allegedly hitting a parked car shortly before midnight.

The Capitol Police said the chief of staff to Speaker Mike Johnson was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after he backed his car into a police vehicle on Tuesday.
