Amazon services, including Prime and Alexa, as well as other internet services including Snapchat, Roblox, Lyft, and more appear to be disrupted, according to Downdetector. The reported issues began shortly after 3 a.m. ET, according to Downdetector.
Users of other companies relying on AWS for cloud infrastructure also reported difficulties accessing financial, trading, and messaging platforms, highlighting the widespread consequences of the incident.
An Amazon Web Services outage caused some consumers to go without their early morning Starbucks mobile order and Wordle.
