Chef Boyardee, Iconic Pasta Brand, Sold to Private Equity for $600 Million

Chef Boyardee is getting a new home. Conagra Brands has agreed to sell the nearly century-old brand to private-equity firm Brynwood Partners for $600 million, executives told The Wall Street Journal.
