Redshirt freshman quarterback Alessio Milivojevic has taken a dozen sacks through the past two games, his first two starts since taking the reins of Michigan State’s offense from Aidan Chiles.

A 10-yard scramble from quarterback Ethan Grunkemeyer brought Penn State to a 1st-and-goal from the Michigan State 9-yard line. Three plays later, an end-around reverse for wide receiver Devonte Ross (which was actually counted as a pass) brought the Nittany Lions into the end zone and gave them a two-score lead.

It took all the way until November 15, but Penn State football finally has its first conference (and Power Four) win of the season. After a demoralizing loss to Indiana, an inspired Nittany Lions group marched into East Lansing with one goal in mind: retaining the Land-Grant Trophy.
