KFC, Nando's, Burger King and other chains have pulled out of their pledge to stop using fast-growing chickens, with campaigners slamming the owners for letting down 'a nation of animal lovers'

That partnership is with a relative newcomer to the local fast food scene, Burger King. The burger chain will feature prominently at Comic Con Cape Town and Comic Con Africa up in Jozi. This includes “immersive experiences, limited-edition merchandise, exclusive collectibles, and a festival atmosphere fit for royalty,” per a press release.
