PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - Early voting for the November 5 general election starts tomorrow in West Virginia. Wood County residents can vote in-person at the Judge Black Judicial Annex on Market Street from 8:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon Monday through Friday and from nine to five on Saturdays.
