President Trump said Monday that he disagrees with Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard's assessment from a few months ago that Iran is not currently trying to build a nuclear weapon and has not been doing so since 2003.

Tulsi Gabbard told the House Intelligence Committee that Iran “is not building a nuclear weapon.” The director of national intelligence made the assessment based on deep research and intelligence-gathering from the massive conglomerate of spy agencies she oversees,

"I don’t care what [Tulsi Gabbard] said,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One. Gabbard testified Iran wasn't close to a nuclear weapon.
