Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. unveiled the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, an advanced system-on-a-chip (SoC) engineered to deliver high performance and efficiency for next-generation smartphones.

Qualcomm just launched the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip for smartphones today, but the second-generation Oryon CPU core within could hint at a possible new Snapdragon X Elite chip.
