An illegal migrant from Guatemala was charged on allegations of molesting a five-year-old girl inside her home in two separate incidents, which he denies.

Nicolas Jose Francisco, 25, was hit with two counts of sexual battery of a child under 12 on Friday and ordered held without bail in Palm Beach County, Fox affiliate WFLX-TV News reported.

The girl told investigators that she was touched twice — once in the garage and another time in the bathroom — by someone who worked at her home, identified as Nicolas Jose Francisco.
