According to the arret affidavit, there is still a third suspect that was involved in the drive by shooting, two arrests have been made so far.

On Oct. 19, 2024, at 11:33 p.m., Midland Police responded to a shots fired call in the 100 block of Howard Drive in southwest Midland. At the scene, officers found a 22-year-old woman from Midland in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle deceased from gunshot wounds.
