Illinois SNAP recipients could receive partial payments beginning Friday
Illinois residents who receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits could receive partial payments as soon as Friday.
Along with when Illinois residents may be receiving reduced SNAP benefits, officials said not everyone who is eligible will be receiving benefits.
Partial benefits for those who were supposed to receive them Nov. 1 through 6 will be sent out starting Friday, the Illinois Department of Human Services told the Sun-Times in a statement.
