US infant-formula producer ByHeart has recalled all its products following an outbreak of botulism under investigation by federal health authorities.

A voluntary recall linked to over a dozen cases of infant botulism has now expanded.

If your child has consumed ByHeart formula and is showing signs of botulism, such as muscle weakness, poor feeding, loss of head control, or difficulty swallowing, seek immediate medical care.
