A shooting inside a home in San Francisco Thursday morning left one person dead, another severely injured, and also injured a toddler in what appears to be an attempted murder-suicide.

San Francisco police say a man was found dead, and a woman and toddler were injured in a shooting at an apartment building in Bernal Heights. The woman has life-threatening injuries.
