The defeated NYC mayoral candidate criticized supporters who booed as he congratulated Democratic winner Zohran Mamdani.

The former governor, part of New York’s political firmament for nearly half a century, finished what may be his final campaign with a bruising loss to Zohran Mamdani in the New York City mayor’s race.

Republicans like President Trump, Stephen Miller and Elon Musk endorsed him ahead of New York City’s mayoral election. Stephen Colbert referred to them as “everyone New Yorkers love.”

In an interview on the eve of Tuesday’s election against Democratic front-runner Zohran Mamdani and Republican Curtis Sliwa, Cuomo’s radio silence caught the “Ebro in the Morning” crew off-guard. “Your boy was just on ‘60 Minutes,’ Cuomo, saying you’re his guy!” Darden told Cuomo in a clip shared by MeidasTouch.
